Hi
First off I'm not getting paid to endorse Livi lol but I've used it a few times when my own surgery has been AWOL. The last two female GP's I consulted have been especially good.
These have been non thyroid issues, one one did notice my calcium levels were too low, which my own surgery had dismissed as not important nd ordered calcium, phosphorus and parathyroid blood tests to be performed. They can also write repeat prescriptions, sick notes and refer to secondary care. Its via video call and they are open 7days a week . You open the app and book online.
It's free for me because my surgery obviously pays for it but it might be worth checking to see if your practice uses them. In light of how difficult it can be speaking to a GP I thought it might be worth mentioning. They also offer a PAYG service. They are all UK based registered GP's.
