Use Virgin Coconut oil, and nothing else to fry with.

Here is a link again about only using Virgin coconut oil, there is no alternative, apart from Red Palm oil, which a lot of people go on about sustainability. I only use Virgin coconut oil, mega cheap at the Halals, but not the RBC kind, it has to be the Virgin cold pressed one, usually about £4 for a 480ml glass jar, so we can't really complain about the price of our health can we!!

This lasts me a week, and I fry just about every night, and moisturize my whole body with it, and only drizzle extra virgin olive oil on salads, I keep my Olive oil in the fridge, and use it up pretty quickly. Never ever use it to cook with, Jamie Oliver does, and he is totally wrong!!

Thanks! I find avocado oil, said to have a safe temperature of 500 deg F, as the best option; [virtually no taste at all... shame, I love and eat avocados a lot] with Virgin Coconut Oil being safely heated to 375 deg F. 1 Litre is under £8.00. Had to find out due to no longer being able to use MCFA's :-(

Right, thank you for that. Still, I kind of agree that we have to do what langdocienne says below because so much is so wrong with pretty much everything... we all have to make very difficult choices in even more difficult times :-(

Try Avocado Oil... maybe that is produced badly :-( No one seems accountable for anything... was this really HOW it was all meant to end up?

HI Glynisrose, well I am not putting carcinogenic, oxidizing veg oil in my body, it will always be, virgin cold pressed coconut oil. Unless you can suggest a healthy sustainable alternative, but everything is overfarmed and produced, we can't change the way things are, we might want to, we can't even get our country run properly, so not really any hope, just get on with what we can.
