due to me still not feeling well, I decided to take another medichecks test.

now I'm so confused about my results.

how can my TSH come down, FT4 reduce and FT3 reduce

oo?

unmedicated

undiagnosed

took test how everyone advised to.

negative celiac

vitamins poor again after being prescription supplemented.

Refused an intrinsic factor test by GP.

Still symptomatic but now have major hair loss.

left picture from June.

right picture is from this week.

will add Vitamin results shortly.

any advice would be great.

dont know whether to bother going back to GP or just put up with feeling poo.

or do my results show I'm getting better?

These can be normal variations, especially if you have other conditions that affect how much TSH the pituitary secretes. However, you fT4 does tend to be low and it could reflect early stages of thyroid failure.

What vitamin supplements are you currently taking

Folate is too low

No ferritin result?

How old are you

What are your most debilitating symptoms

Always worth trying gluten free diet

I'm 39. I stayed taking over the counter vitamin b12 and vitamin D.

I've lost all the front hair line of hair. With a small, small bald patch.

The fatigue is still crippling.

My irritability is bad but I have to keep it pent up.

I've put on 2 stones 5 ft, 2.5" now 12 stone 3. Cant loose it with diet and too tired to excersize but my job has me doing 5-10 mile a day (I run a large pub)

Heart burn is bad.

I've got what looks like active eczema on my scalp and behind my ears.

I've recently developed floaters in my eyes(unsure of any connection)

And just fed up.

The b12 shots I had got rid of my nerve issues in my hands which was a game changer!

Still multiple nerve issues.

But got a nuro appoint and a rhumatilogy appoint due.

I’d definitely trial a gluten free diet for 3 months and see if that helps your symptoms. When I eliminated gluten (and you need to do this 100% on the trial) I no longer had any stomach issues/ bloating etc and felt so much better.

A good B Complex is Thorne Basic B; this really helped improve my neurological symptoms.
