Do you mean that they intended it to be suppressed but have now allowed it to rise? 0.46 is far from suppressed.
My consultant wants it suppressed, the time before it was 0.24 but my last test was 0.46
Well, looks to me like you need a dose increase. You do have room at the top of the FT4 range to add a bit.
Your actually dose might not need to rise very much, but if TSH suppression is intended, that is needed.
Has your dose changed recently? Or the make of levothyroxine?
No dose hasn't changed I take 125/150 alternate days, I do take different brands of levothyroxine though.
Which brands
Ideally stay on same brand levothyroxine at each prescription
Was this test done early morning, ideally before 9am and last dose levothyroxine 24 hours before test
How much levothyroxine are you currently taking
Do you always get same brand levothyroxine at each prescription
FT4: 20.6 pmol/l (Range 11 - 25)
Ft4 is 68.57% through range
FT3: 4.5 pmol/l (Range 3.1 - 6.8)
Ft3 only 37.84% through range
Helpful calculator for working out percentage through range
Important to test vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12 at least annually
What vitamin supplements are you currently taking
You probably have room for small dose increase in levothyroxine
