Long awaited blood test…What do you think?

Im currently on 100mcg (T4) and 10mcg(T3) I did the test early, fasting and no meds until after test.

I’ve been feeling pretty good for the past couple of months but I think my PSA is starting to go into remission after killing me for the past 5 years (Im also thyroid-less) I do take 2 immunosuppressive drugs for the PSA and noticed on my labs that my inflammation markers have dropped which probably explains feeling better then I have for past 5 years …. Anyway I still need to see my PCM for Vitamin testing (battle) cholesterol and iron. The only chronic issue Im having now is an increase in migraines (Mind Blowing) migraines the shortest one was couple of hours to the longest so far 4 days absolutely destroys me with double vision and watery eyes and more…. Been having these random migraines since thyroidectomy 5 years ago but they have increase over past 6 months. Prior to surgery never had migraines only occasionally headaches like everyone.

FT3: 2.9 (2.0 -4.4)….37.5% ( I Feel like I need 5mcg more per day of T3)

FT4: 1.31 (0.82 - 1.77) 51.8%

T3: 104 (71 - 180)

TSH: 0.526 ( 0.450 - 4.50)

I was prescribed and extra 100mcg per week which I stopped a couple of months ago I felt over medicated and now wonder if this was happening because of my chronic inflammation starting to subside at least based on recent tests and my sugar levels dropped (I thought I was going to be diabetic) but I have stopped all bread products about 3 months ago and try to eat at least 3 meals per week as vegetarian but have a very hard time eating meat because I’ve never been a big meat eater.

Love to have some input and thanks in advance !

Was test done early morning, ideally before 9am and last dose levothyroxine 24 hours before test

Day before test did you split T3 into 2 x 5mcg and take last 5mcg dose approx 8-12 hours before test

Essential to test vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12

Yes, I do all my testing at 9am as that is our earliest slot and my last T3 is actually 16 hours not 12 because I have other meds I must take multiple times and it gets pretty ugly trying to space 3 hours between everything but this is something I have done for every test.

So you likely need 5mcg dose increase in T3

What’s your resting heart rate
