Over range TSH, low in range FT4, suggests restarting Levo in my opinion.

What vitamin supplements are you currently taking
Ferritin is deficient
Are you on prescription iron supplements?
cks.nice.org.uk/topics/anae...
In all people, a serum ferritin level of less than 30 micrograms/L confirms the diagnosis of iron deficiency
Also …Look at increasing iron rich foods in diet
Eating iron rich foods like liver or liver pate once a week plus other red meat, pumpkin seeds and dark chocolate, plus daily orange juice or other vitamin C rich drink can help improve iron absorption
List of iron rich foods
B12 is low
No folate result
Have you had coeliac blood test
Or are already you on strictly gluten free
Serum Folate was 6.8 (>3.0)Normal ceoliac blood test, looking like gluten free would be beneficial but feels like a big undertaking and not sure how it would work in terms of family meals etc. needing own cutlery and doubt the rest of the family would want to go gluten free. But considering it, and whatever it takes.
Not on iron, normal HB and red cell count so they wouldn't prescribe.
I'm looking at Better You spray for Iron, B12 and Vitamin D.
Not having much luck with my GP at the moment, very much if results are in range then there is nothing they can do, is the feeling I get from them.
Looking at private endo if necessary but also know that can be hit and miss too depending on who you see.
The only supplements I am currently taking are Vitamin D and Folate.
Always worth trying strictly gluten free diet…..yes it can be a pain if having to cook separately for you
Lots of gluten free options……GF spaghetti is very good ….family unlikely to notice any difference

This is interesting because I have noticed that many patients with Hashimoto’s disease and hypothyroidism, start to feel worse when their ferritin drops below 80 and usually there is hair loss when it drops below 50.

Chicken livers if iron is good, but ferritin low
Really fed up with it all and realising it isn't going to go away if I stick my head in the sand.
So tired.
Really appreciate the advice given though, thank you.
