It's difficult to know what advice to give as you've given us nothing to go on :)

What thyroid meds are you taking?

Did you do the test as we advise:

* No later than 9am

* Last dose of Levo 24 hours before test, if taking NDT or T3 then split dose day befor and last part of dose 8-12 hours before test

* Water only before test

* No biotin, B Complex or any supplement containing biotin for 3-7 days before test, ie 3-4 days for low amount in B Complex, 7 days for high amount in hair, nail or stand alone biotin supplement

How do you feel?

What can say is that your TSH is suppressed, FT4 is 63% through range and FT3 is 40.54% through range.

The aim of a treated hypo patient on Levo only, generally, is for TSH to be 1 or below with FT4 and FT3 in the upper part of their reference ranges, if that is where you feel well.

Do have requested this am l well that’s difficult to answer as like most you get used to how you feel but.

I sweat at night, don’t always sleep about an hour last night due to anxiety over a disagreement that was over nothing !

Hair almost falls out if l sneeze 🤧

Other than that l am well but have put on 2 stone since last year with no real change of diet .

Thank you all for your patience l am new to this x

Hi Gladrags, the reactions you are having can all be side effects of Ramipril. Perhaps have a look at the included leaflet re side effects.
