Antibiotics

Hi can anyone tell me if been on them whether these antbiotics doxycycline mess with thyroid results or meds? I have been given them to take for 6 weeks not happy about the time 6 weeks as I know antibiotics can affect the gut as well Thank You

I am not medically qualified but I'd ensure that I left a sufficient amount of time between taking thyroid hormones and the antibiotics.

Yes I would do that anyway shaws such a long time to take antibiotics

I hope the antibiotics resolve your problem. I know many women don't like to take antibiotics but sometimes we have to to enable us to recover.

It's for an eyelid problem my glands are all blocked causing swollen red itchy eyelids not a pretty site funny my face feels very dry n itchy too no rashes or anything

Strangely enough I have also been given a product for my eyelids last week but not antibiotics along with drops as I have blepharitis. I hope you don't have this.

It was mentioned at the opticians some long name which basically means blepharitis but all my eyelid glands along lids up n down also blocked as well very red n itchy I use special eyedrops
