Should I use potentially skewed blood results for virtual appt tonight?

Virtual appt with recommended endo tonight!! However my most recent blood tests taken Oct 19 I suspect are skewed by not following every single recommendation in this forum. Taken in afternoon. Had taken levo that morning and taken biotin in a vit b complex just days before. I was feeling so awful and just didn't think.

The most recent results were:

Tsh 1.4 (0.27 - 4.2)

Ft3 4.3 (3.1 - 6.8)

Ft4 19 (12 - 22)

Folate 5 (2.9 - 14.5)

Vit d 72 (50 - 200)

Ferritin 124 ( 13 - 150) yay!

I feel awful on the above. Aware that folate is low - again

Should I use these results at my consultation tonight or not? These bloods were taken after 8 weeks on 50mg levo after stopping for 3/4 weeks. (Which I am aware I shouldn't have done! Please see my previous post)

My results prior to this on consistent 50 mg of levo in April 2021were

Tsh 2.78 (0.27 - 4.2)

Ft3 3.9 (3.1 - 6.8)

Ft4 14.8 (12 - 22)

Folate 21 (8- 60.8)

Vit d 78 (50 - 250)

Ferritin 49( 15 - 400)

Moog I would not use your most recent results as the endo is likely to interpret them as all fine when we know you are not. Also you had taken biotin and had stopped your levo.50mcg is a starter dose. I would use the earlier results and expect an increase of 25mcg as a result.

Vit D is recommended to be 100 usually on here so perhaps you should supplement.
