Can anyone offer advice please?

Hi, I have moderate ME/CFS and generally feel crap. Along the way to that diagnosis, a few years ago, I discovered I have elevated TPO antibodies. Not too surprising since I have a family history of hypothyroidism. My results are within range (listed below) but I'm wondering if anyone has tried levothyroxine (even privately) at that level? I'm looking for anything that might help! I'm mostly gluten free (not strictly though - live alone & need easy meals!). Thanks!
