Not sure where to start with husbands results, help please!

Hello, my husband has done some testing recently with Thriva and also regenerus cortisol. He is basically exhausted and unable to function normally. Clearly he has low cortisol but his DHEA is high which seems odd. Also, his FT4 is lowish at 29% through range and FT3 at 51% through range. His cholesterol is also on the upward trend and for a 37 yo is pretty high.

I wonder if someone would be able to shed some light on this for us and help us to understand where to start.

Many thanks.

Thank you for your reply.

No, on no medication currently and no diagnosis but his Mother has hypo for family history.

He has not had COVID as far as we are aware.

Thanks
