Natural methods/Nutrition Support Group

Hi everyone,

I am posting on this support group as it appears to be very open to diet and complementary therapies as a means of supporting health. This is the only thing that has ever helped me to control my symptoms effectively and i'm wondering if anyone knows of any support groups that exist in the UK or abroad that can be joint online? I just feel very alone with it, as it appears most people look at me with two heads when I say I manage my health conditions with diet and natural methods such as CBD oil.

Any support group recommendations would be amazing.

All the best,

L :)

Our 'mother' is Thyroiduk.org.uk and it is Lyn Mynott who is in charge. I shall give you a link:

Thyroiduk has a number of support groups within England.

LPLx,

Most of the forums here on Health Unlocked tend to specialise in particular health conditions. There are probably members on many of the forums who do manage their health conditions with diet and natural methods, but I've not seen a forum that focuses solely on this over and above the actual health conditions.

Do you have a diagnosed thyroid condition? If yes, please tell us about it and explain how you 'manage it with diet and natural methods'.

Hi there,

Thanks for your message. Yes, this is true. I'm undiagnosed with chronic health conditions at the moment, so it's tough for me to get the right group.

I take natural thyroid medicine and I manage other 'suspected' autoimmune diseases with diet alone. Long term sinus and bladder infections with diet, also mental health.

All the best,

L :)

Hi LPLx

Hope this finds you feeling better than when you posted this 9 months ago. I only just find you via keyword search.

I hope you have found what you were looking for.

In case Dr Brooke Goldner has not hit your radar, please read my post to @Heliose here

healthunlocked.com/thyroidu...

Sounds like you have more than just thyroid issues. If you are on FB, you can join the forum on "facebook.com/groups/smoothi.... I hope you would find kindred spirits, and active supports there.

All the information is free if you browse around the two youtube channels, "Goodbye Lupus by Brooke Goldner, M.D." & "Thomas Tadlock", especially the Q&A. Tadlock is the significant half of Dr Goldner. Dr Goldner's two books also delineate the protocols in a concise manner.

I bet you already have a high power blender, and smoothie is not stranger to you. You can simply start by making the hyper-nourishing green smoothie, sip while you learn.

Watch the proper way here:
