I have hypo and post coivid and pots (dysautonomia) and am having trouble with my medications for my thyroid.
Latest results on 75+15 was:
TSH 0.03
Ft3 4.4 (3.6-6.3)
Ft4 12 (12-22)
Dr wants TSH within range and I'm just so tired of this and frankly don't know what to do anymore. Tried to up my lio to 20 but I didn't feel good. Am thinking that maybe I should try to get my TSH within range to try to get better from my pots. When diagnosed my levels was
Tsh 5.6
Ft4 13(10-19)
Ft3 3.8 (3.5-6.5)
My ferritin was also under range at that time so I started taking iron. Could my low ironlevels have been the cause of my thyroid levels? I mean if I would have got my ferritin levels up then maybe my thyroid would have sorted it self out. Please give me your views on this

Both FT4 & FT3 are too low but I think you need an increase in Levo if you struggled increasing the Lio as it could well have been inadequate iron levels that was the barrier.
You might struggle ever to achieve TSH within range when medicating T3 but many doctors aren't aware of this as don't understand the pituitary/thyroid physiology.
Vestibular issues are common in hypothyroidism and especially when meds aren't quite right. Many members have found when iron levels are raised meds will work more effectively. Are you addressing the iron insufficiency? Have other important cofactors been assessed, ie VitB12, Vit D, folate?.
