Chronic neutropenia and covid vaccine?

I live in Australia. I have hashimoto disease. I can’t have the Astra Zeneca because I have Antiphospholid syndrome (sticky blood). Pfizer is the other available vaccine. Has anyone had Pfizer with chronic neutropenia? Just wondering how people with low white cell counts have found the vaccines. I am in Queensland which has so far managed with low cases but the next state over is really struggling. I rarely go out but the pressure is mounting to have the vaccine. I know that they haven’t done very much research into autoimmune people and the vaccine and would really like to know how people have really managed. I understand Covid is dreadful but I like to be able to make an informed decision on the vaccine and understand there could be adverse reactions. Thanks heaps 😊
