Is Armour Thyroid the only trustworthy brand?

I would like to try a natural thyroid alternative to Levothyroxine. Am I best to stick with the Armour Thyroid brand to guarantee the purity? I see there are less expensive non/minor-brand alternatives but have read stories that many do not contain the thyroid claimed.

Armour tend to be the most expensive brand but I find Thyroid-S to be perfectly acceptable.Through many years of personal experience I confirm that Health "professionals" are an unreliable source of information regarding any brand of NDT, even the advisability of taking it at all.

I’ve been fine on ThyroidS for about 7 years. I did try Naturethroid and Acella for a short while, both were ok but no better than ThyroidS, but both of those have since been reformulated and many complained they were no longer as effective. I have never tried Armour so cannot give a personal opinion of how it compares to ThyroidS
