Obviously you need TSH, Ft4 and Ft3 tested together
Looking at previous posts you were on levothyroxine plus T3
Are you still taking T3, if yes how much
How much levothyroxine are you currently taking
Do you always get same brand levothyroxine at each prescription
Which brand
Always test as early as possible in morning before eating or drinking anything other than water and last dose levothyroxine 24 hours before test
Last 1/3rd of daily T3 8-12 hours before test
Is this how you did this test
Essential to regularly retest ferritin too
What vitamin supplements are you currently taking
Folate, B12 and vitamin D all a bit low
Do you have Hashimoto’s?
Are you on strictly gluten free diet
Thanks for replying so quickly. I haven’t taken T3 for a couple of years now. Mainly due to supply problems. My T 3 has never been tested, think I would have to get this done privately.Always get tested first thing in morning and at least 24hours after last dose of Levothyroxine, of the brand Mercury Pharma.
Have been taking Vit D 25 pg, Selenium, B12 1000pg, Vit C, COD liver oil. Have just started Folic acid.
Never been told or tested for Hashimotos, so not on gluten free diet.
Come back with new post once you get FULL thyroid and vitamin testing
Last dose levothyroxine 24 hours before test (not longer)
Was folate tested by GP before starting folic acid?
Obviously essential to know if cause is autoimmune thyroid disease also called Hashimoto’s
How long have you been on B12 supplements
B12 still below 500
Aiming to improve B12 to at least over 500Folate at least half way through range
Rather than just taking folic acid
supplementing a good quality daily vitamin B complex, one with folate in (not folic acid) may be beneficial. This can help keep all B vitamins in balance and will help improve B12 levels too
Difference between folate and folic acid
chriskresser.com/folate-vs-...
Many Hashimoto’s patients have MTHFR gene variation and can have trouble processing folic acid.

B vitamins best taken after breakfast
Thorne Basic B is an option that contain folate, but is large capsule. You can tip powder out if can’t swallow capsule
Igennus Super B is good quality and cheap vitamin B complex. Contains folate. Full dose is two tablets per day. Many/most people may only need one tablet per day. Certainly only start on one per day (or even half tablet per day for first couple of weeks)
IMPORTANT......If you are taking vitamin B complex, or any supplements containing biotin, remember to stop these 7 days before ALL BLOOD TESTS , as biotin can falsely affect test results

Low B12 symptoms
b12deficiency.info/signs-an...
With serum B12 result below 500, (Or active B12 below 70) recommended to be taking a B12 supplement as well as a B Complex (to balance all the B vitamins) initially for first 2-4 months, then once your serum B12 is over 500 (or Active B12 level has reached 70), stop the B12 and just carry on with the B Complex.
B12 sublingual lozenges
How much levothyroxine are you currently taking?
Ft4 is only 21% through range
Helpful calculator for working out percentage through range
Most people when adequately treated will have Ft4 at least 50-60% through range and TSH around or under one
Request 25mcg dose increase in levothyroxine
Retest bloods in 6-10 weeks
Obviously need thyroid antibodies tested.
