My test report

It is my first thyroid test that I've done by myself I'd low iron and ferritin level and my father has hypothyroidism for the past 8 years so I thought even I might have thyroid.

To me the levels in my report seems to be normal but if anyone can help me with the report will be nice

Thank you,

They are not the right tests, I'm afraid. They are the Total T4 and T3. They don't give us much useful information. What you need are the Free T4 and Free T3.

Your TSH is a little higher than euthyroid, but on its own, that doesn't mean much.

Sorry.

Request thyroid antibodies tested for autoimmune thyroid disease

Ideally retest thyroid once you have improved low iron/ferritin, folate and B12

Are you vegetarian?

Have you had vitamin D tested.

Vitamin D should be high in India…but when hypothyroid we frequently have low vitamin D

Only do thyroid testing early morning as this gives highest TSH

Chicken livers are good for helping increase iron and ferritin

Are you supplementing to improve vitamin D
