Hi there just had my neurologist call with my results very nice lady she said my EMG on my feet n legs does show nerve damage which I thought anyway but my bloods are not really showing up much except I have small blood cells but lots of them which possible could be iron related but she said no anemia I'm a bit confused as my ferritin gone down n my iron panel in March everything was low end range maybe this is why my hair really falling out n fatigued and not Thyroid related anyway she has prescribed amitriptyline for the night time help with the neuropathy which isnt painful just uncomfortable looking it up it's an anti depressant my symptoms I'm concerned about is my fatigued hairloss a lot.... I do wake up a lot but not due to neuropathy she also said my cortisol was okay no adrenal issues I'm not feeling at all good atm still await my Endo's call 3 failed appointment and no call these are my March iron tests but my ferritin gone down now to 79ng/ml I'm still thinking to take iron supplement?

Impossible to read results on my large PC monitor. Can you zoom in on the results and leave out the blank space or type results in considering there are only 5.

So much easier to read for me big blocks of text make it difficult to decipher the individual results.
Optimal iron panel levels according to rt3-adrenals.org/Iron_test_... are:
Serum iron: 55 to 70% of the range, higher end for men - yours is 20% through range.
Saturation: optimal is 35 to 45%, higher end for men - yours is 23.56%.
Total Iron Binding Capacity (TIBC): Low in range indicates lack of capacity for additional iron, High in range indicates body's need for supplemental iron - yours is almost bottom of range.
Ferritin: Low level virtually always indicates need for iron supplementation; High level with low serum iron/low saturation indicates inflammation or infection; High level with high serum iron and low TIBC indicates excess iron; Over range with saturation above 45% suggests hemochromatosis.
As your ferritin has dropped so much, maybe you should do another iron panel to check the other levels.
Thank you I do try but not as neatly done as yours! 😉 so no point trying to supplement now then not easy tibc says lack of capacity low rang which is mine I'll get another iron panel test done my GP doesn't do it only ferritin I thought it will be simple every test I've had done always says no immflamation well I thought it was my iron or my thyroid causing this awful fatigue n hairloss burst into tears earlier today as I miss my long dog walks
