Is it best to avoid magnesium stearate if you have Hashimotos?

I need to buy more vitamins once my blood test comes back and will avoid MS if necessary. I do however have plenty of vitamins in my cabinet that contain it and I’m tempted to take them.

It is difficult to avoid magnesium stearate if you take medicines and/or supplements.

Although you can sometimes find options which do not contain magnesium stearate, a very large proportion of tablets do have some.

It has been discussed again and again - all over the internet. I'm not convinced that it is much of an issue for most people. But that doesn't mean some don't find it affects them negatively.
