Can you add the other tests that were in the bundle, I'm guessing that vitamins were included. Can you also add the reference ranges that come with the results please.
Can you please tell us if you have a diagnosis of a thyroid condition and on thyroid meds, also any supplements that you take and the dose.
Many thanks for your quick response. Yes it was Blue Horizon, everything I listed was what was in the bundle. Nothing else was included, just the blood test.
I do not have any diagnosis, I'm trying to find out what's wrong with me by method of elimination - thyroid first. I don't take any supplements.

Ah, so you did the Premium Silver test, shame you didn't do the Premium Gold which includes vitamins.
A normal healthy person would have a TSH of no more than 2, often nearer 1, with FT4 around mid-range (17ish with that range). However, as we are never tested for a baseline when well, none of us know what our own "normal" is.
Your antibodies are nice and low and don't suggest autoimmune thyroid disease aka Hashimoto's.
It's always best to do thyroid tests no later than 9am. This is because when looking for a diagnosis of hypothyroidism the highest possible TSH is needed and TSH is highest early morning and lowers throughout the day.
It's also best to not eat or drink anything but water before the test as food can lower TSH and coffee affects TSH.
Your FT4 is really quite low in range and I would repeat the thyroid test at some point, early morning, and if your FT4 is at the bottom of the range or below you could possibly be looking at Central Hypothyroidism which is where the problem lies with the pituitary or the hypothalamus and is shown by a normal low or minimally elevated TSH with low FT4.
It's important to test vitamins because low levels and deficiencies cause their own symptoms, some of which overlap with symptoms of hypothyroidism. So I would do the Premium Gold test next time or Medichecks Advanced Thyroid Function Blood Test which is very similar.
