Best magnesium citrate powder
I take the one by Pure Encapsulations.
I like Calm. Good to take at night as helps with sleep. No fillers. Slightly fizzy so leave it a while once you’ve mixed it with some water if you don’t like the fizz. Excellent for constipation too.
Calm vitality magnesium powder is cheap and easy to use. Lots different flavours available. Good for improving constipation
All magnesium supplements must be four hours away from levothyroxine
I cannot tolerate magnesium citrate and I’ve tried other forms like bisgylcinate and malate but I ended up unable to fall asleep, similar to drinking coffee late. Recently I started using magnesium carbonate and have had fantastic results in terms of aiding undisturbed sleep. It is in powder form with no additives and I mix it in some water with a dash of ACV. It’s supposed to be slightly less bioavailable than citrate but it works very well for me and the results were obvious after the first time I took it. The one I bough is by G&G Vitamins and you can get it on Amazon.

I would suggest Natural Calm Original, absolutely no excipients whatsoever, no flavourings or other additives.
I add a small amount of warm water, let it fizz, add some orange juice to make a pleasant small drink.
Start with a small amount and build up to what you need to ease constipation. Too much will cause diarrhoea so if you reach that stage drop dose back a bit.
I use this seller as he's usually the cheapest. I do buy the largest size and multibuy to get discount
