I've been feeling tired and constipated along with some kind of hypo symptoms since giving birth to my little one 5 weeks ago.
Endo suggested returning to dose 100mg after delivery, but discussing with GP and because I didn't want to jeopardize breastfeeding and had been constipated etc we decided 125mg
Symptoms are just starting to abate this week and feeling a bit better (obviously still tired but newborn and toddler so 🤷)
I did a private test rather than waiting for the NHS one next week (they won't do T3 anyway) here they are
T4 20.5 (12-22)
T3 4.8 (3.1 - 6.8)
TSH 0.02 (0.27 - 4.2)
They've freaked me out a bit, I wasnt expecting T4 so high and TSH so low. I'm sure GP will suggest reducing. Any thoughts?
Also disappointed to see T3 isn't keeping up, I suspect iron is low. Vitamin levels are being tested next Monday, I will post again then.
Thanks!

I don't think you need TSH to convert. In any case you convert T4 to T3.
Congrats on your baby! I would stay in the same dose until you get your vits results and go from there.
You're not overmedicated by the look of those results. I'd give your body a proper chance to recover. Birth is incredibly hard work, as is breastfeeding. I read that while breastfeeding it's as demanding on your body as running a marathon every day.
