Hi, I've been taking levothyroxine since 4 years ago due to hashimoto's but despite increasing dose of levothyroxine several times I have never felt any improvement in symptoms of hypothyroidism. I take 100 micrograms of levothyroxine everyday but am suffering from low body temperature, fluid retention and feeling tired all the time.
Here's my latest thyroid test result:
TSH:0.8(0.4-4.2)
Free T3:4.2(1.9-4.3)
Free T4:1.2(9.0-23)
I think numbers are unnormal especially free t4 and free t3...I'd be happy if you share your experiences and information with me...
Thanks in advance...

Poor gut function can lead leaky gut (literally holes in gut wall) this can cause food intolerances. Most common by far is gluten
According to Izabella Wentz the Thyroid Pharmacist approx 5% with Hashimoto's are coeliac, but over 80% find gluten free diet helps significantly. Either due to direct gluten intolerance (no test available) or due to leaky gut and gluten causing molecular mimicry (see Amy Myers link)
But don't be surprised that GP or endo never mention gut, gluten or low vitamins. Hashimoto's gut function is very poorly understood
Changing to a strictly gluten free diet may help reduce symptoms, help gut heal and slowly lower TPO antibodies
