Advice about Lab results appreciated and Herpes Zoster, sign of vitamin deficiency?

Hello again, I’ve changed Levo brands between previous, early September test and most recent one. Now on Evthyroxin 88 and twice a week 100. I was feeling much better, more energetic, until I got first a cold then shingles, herpes zoster, a few weeks ago. I’m now slowly recovering; pain almost gone but very tired (maybe all the pain killers I took? Unavoidable, it really hurt! Do I need a vitamin boost?
