Blood work for my dilemma

So after being on nature throid 97.5 for two years, starting and then stopping Synthroid for 12 days (100 mg), and now jumping back on Nature throid I was having so many horrible symptoms but they didn’t show up until day 11 back on the naturethroid. Not sure if it’s even related. Heavy chest, shortness of breath, shaky. My doc did blood work yesterday to see where I’m at being back on the Naturethroid:

Free T4 1.04

(.82-1.77)

TSH 3.76

(.45-4.5)

Free T3 2.9

(2.0-4.4)

I know this appears that I’m under medicated but this is only two weeks back on the naturethroid...and I wonder if I should have started back slower even though I was only off of it 12 days. Am I just pulling at straws??? And would these symptoms just show up 11 days into restarting?

Here is my bloodwork right when I stopped Synthroid and went back to Nature throid...

TSH 3.29

Free T4 1.21

Free T3. 1.9

Same ranges as above

Do you think it was too much too fast in 14 days?

It will take 6-8 weeks to settle after dose change

Important to test vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12

Low vitamin levels very common with low Ft3

But do you think that since I’m having these unpleasant effects I should drop down for a bit? I’m at a loss

Heavy chest, shortness of breath, shaky.

Breathlessness and tight chest often low iron/ferritin

Get Gp to test vitamin levels

Shaky could be adrenals ....they have to work hard to compensate for lack of thyroid hormones

My iron is fine...and my levels have been lower than this many times and have never had these symptoms. I’m wondering if I should have titrated back up slower since I’m medicine sensitive. Would it hurt to go to 1 grain for alittle and see if things subside?

Yes, probably best to reduce dose

Thank you for replying! Is 1 grain a good idea or would you go lower?
