Advice on latest labs

Just got my labs back:

TSH: >100

Free T4: 8.08

Free T3: 3.96

Currently taking 90mg of Nature-Throid. Blood test was taken first thing in the morning before taking my thyroid medication (hadn't taken meds for 24 hours).

T3 is looking right where I want it to be and my symptoms are non-existent (I feel great). The TSH is worryingly high, haven't seen it that high since I was first diagnosed with Hashimotos! T4 needs a top up it seems.

I was taking 105mg of Nature-Throid back in 2016 and that seemed to do the trick to keep my TSH within range and my T4 topped up nicely but it always elevated my T3 too high.

I'm allergic to pretty much all Levothyroxine (I've tried them all and I get hives everywhere). What's an alternative to keeping the T4 within range with just Nature-Throid? Split the dose?

If you feel great, why do you want to mess with your dose? FT4 is always low when taking T3. For most people, that doesn't matter. Sounds like it doesn't matter for you. There's no level at which T4 absolutely has to be. :)

That's a very good point greygoose! I have been symptomless for a good 5 months now and don't want to change anything. The only thing that worries me is that elevated TSH.

Safe to keep going without adjustment?

Yes, but the Frees are more important than the TSH, and they are fine. I would suspect it's a laboratory problem, like TSH antibodies, which skew the results. If you want to check, have your TSH tested by a different lab that uses a different method for testing.

Ok I'll try a different company for the next test to see the difference.

Thanks for you help!
