I was wondering when I could take certain supplements such as digestive enzymes or anything really.

I understand that calcium and magnesium should not be taken within 4 hours of thyroid medication. However some of my supplements like selenium for example do contain magnesium stearate as side ingredient will this effect levo absorption dramatically or not?

Would be a lot easier if I could have my supplements in the morning.
