Trying to conceive and need private prescription!

Hello!

I’ve been trying to get pregnant for 7-8 months now unsuccessfully and I suspect The problem is my thyroid levels not being optimal.

I had a Levothyroxine increase a couple of months ago From 50 / 75mg alternating days to 75mg daily as TSH was 2.8 and should be below that for successful conception.

I’ve done quite a few tests in between but most recent ones from Monday are:

TSH 2.1

T3 4.5

T4 19.6 (upper range 22)

Globulin antibodies 550

TPO 290

GP is reluctant to increase my Levo dose again as T4 almost at the top of the range but I was really insisting as otherwise I will never get pregnant. She said she will make an enquiry to an endocrinologist, wouldn’t refer me 🤷🏻‍♀️

Tempered to just increase to 100mg of Levothyroxine but just wonder if an increase of Levothyroxine is even the best solution anyway. I have felt ok on it for 7-8 years and I don’t really feel like switching to something now but maybe I need some additional t3. It seems really complicated to be adding additional t3 myself so perhaps armour would work better / easier.

Could you PM me the details of a private endorsement who would prescribe Armou please? I’m in south east London. Or if anyone has any suggestions for a endo who specialises in reproductive medicine.

Or if anyone has any better suggestions, I would love to hear them!

I should add most recent Vit tests were all good, upper ranges of Vit d, b12, ferritin and folate.

Thank you so much!

High thyroid antibodies confirms autoimmune thyroid disease also called Hashimoto’s

Exactly what vitamin supplements are you currently taking?

Was this blood test done as early as possible in morning before eating or drinking anything other than water and last dose levothyroxine 24 hours before test?

Can you add the ranges on results
