Your thyroid levels look a tad on the high side. I had this happen and I felt terrible. Have you tried 88 mcg?

I’m going to disagree with the previous poster and say I don’t think your results look on the high side—they look reasonably ok, T3 could be a shade higher but with your T4 at the top of the range more Levo might not do the job.

Do you know what your ferritin levels are? Optimal ferritin helps conversion of T4 to T3 so if it’s suboptimal that could be part of the problem. Also, we folk with hypothyroidism tend to suffer from gut absorption issues and your Vit D, Vit B12/folate levels may be low—have you had those tested? Everything works together, so deficiencies in one or more of these might be the cause of you feeling unwell.

Thankyou Jazzw

They all makes sense because I struggle to get adequate iron as the iron makes me feel very sick and affects my stomach :( I do have gut issues a hiatus hernia and gastritis so even though I take my vitamins and minerals everyday they are probs my not being absorbed properly .

Il get an up to date test so I can see what my deficiencies are.

Thanks Again for your support 😀

You might find ferrous fumarate easier on your stomach if you haven't tried it yet. Usually GPs prescribe ferrous sulphate but you can ask for fumarate.

Too much FT4 and not enough FT3. You don't seem to be converting very well, how are your vitamin B12, D, folate and ferritin? If they're not optimal then that might be affecting your conversion of T4 to T3. You might benefit from lowering your levo slightly and adding T3 instead.

Thanks Xazbag

I will try ferrous Fumerate that’s a good idea .

I do know my Vit D is ok and my B12 but it’s probably my iron and folate that need adding

what is folate is that folic acid ? I can get some but not sure which one is best ? I can order online I get most of my stuff from natures best so il have a look and get into that straight away :)

Thanks Again for the support

Take care 😀

You might find something of interest in my iron document. Nothing special but has a few pointers.
