THYROID & METAVIVE

All there has been some controversy and misinformation being circulated concerning the effectiveness of WDT (Metavive).

As we all know Metavive while it is designed for thyroid support is NOT the same as NDT (Armor, Thyro-S, Nature Throid etc.). You cannot swap or compare the products gram per gram as they are entirely different formulations and methods of manufacture. WDT (Metavive) is now a third generation product that includes nucleotides which are there to increase assimilation and are involved in the cellular regenerative cycle. The ethos behind WDT is very different to that of NDT. If you are using these products you would be well advised to seek the support of a Naturopath qualified in the area of thyroid management with an understanding of WDT and NDT use and viability.
