Thank you to everyone who replied to my first post. You provided me with lots of really interesting information that I wasn't aware of and have started reading up on.
My mum had a long chat with her GP this morning who has now recommended that she stop her propanol as it slows down the heart and may help with the fatigue. He also just sent through her blood results (in photo). I would appreciate some help with understanding them. T3 doesn't seem to be have reported at all and T4 only reported in Mar & Apr.
I have looked at private test which includes TSH, FT4 and FT3, Thyroid antibodies, vitamin D, vitamin B12, Ferritin which I think might be useful to help us understand why she is so fatigued and very down. We understand she is 82 but at the moment her quality of life is at rock bottom and I just want to try to find a solution to this really upsetting situation.

This blood test result shows nothing of any value - and even when her T4 was measured, presumably because of the low TSH it's just a little over and nothing to worry about.
Yes, good idea, if you doctor can't help organise the full blood tests and let us take a look to see if anything looks amiss.
I understand Propranolol needs to be reduced very slowly, please follow SlowDragon's advise as she has experience of this medication.
