Hi All

After just eating Chilli with loads of red kidney beans and oven chips (not the norm for a Sunday)......But, touch wood I don't seem to have symptoms of 'leaky gut' 'coealiac' etc......

Question is we're all Individual with Individual differences and Personally have Never been on any type of diet ever.

I have read so often that Hashi's perhaps should go gluten free and sometimes 'Dairy free',....

Question:- Maybe 'research says' but, a bit of what you fancy does you good as opposed to monitoring/stressing about what you may or may not be able to eat unless of course you have bad symptoms from eating certain foodstuff??

I'm aware personally, that when I eat fresh tomatoes they 'come out not completely digested' but, I like them...

Point I am hoping to formulate is 'links to research' do not cover the Population as such as any other research on anything doesn't....research is carried out on a minimal population 'mostly' without always taking into account:-Age, sex, pre existing factors, Family History, Holistic Personal Therapy', background, recent/past events 'physical/emotional', stressors are so different for Individuals. Hence, Individual differences are Paramount.

Then we have non educated GP/Endo's supposedley telling us what's best.. sure we all know majority of Endo's are diabetic 'specialists'...

I ask for a 2nd opinion regardless of type of Specialist not that helpful as they prob work alongside each other....

Main point here is to 'listen' to your own body....easier said than done.

I have found optimising B vits, B12, Vit C, VitD3 VitK2-MK7 energising

Thanks for sharing that I too find if on an empty stomache I have ginger & lemon ( freshly squeezed at home) I feel more energetic & positively charged but its difficult to take as it really overwhelms my senses.

I have yet to find a single piece of 'published' research that has helped me, other than Dr Lowe. I use to read it all but most is utter rubbish. I am horrified by the manipulation of figures to fit the desired agenda, also the with holding of information that does not suit their purpose.

The medical journals like the Lancet are now saying that most pharmaceutical publishing is nothing short of lies and will no longer print them....about bloomin time.

Endless abstract articles are posted on here, i dont bother to read anymore, none of them add up to a tin of beans. I am only interested in peoples own experience, what has or has not worked for them, that is what helped me. Lol someone suggested trying high strength tumeric & black pepper to help the pain in my joints (i rolled my eyes really loudly at that) eventually tried it, it bloomin worked hahahhaha that will teach me. I just want the short cuts.. I understand many want to know all the chemical, intercellular communication and chain reaction of various stuff but i dont, i just want to try what worked for someone else. I also want to have a life that is not totally dictated by my not having a thyroid, i had 5 years of near death, so i want to toodle along doing the best i can. Staying balanced is a full time job, iv no thyroid, barely functioning adrenals, anemic, post menopause and a bit overweight, thats enough for anyone to manage :)
