Browny, I don't think it exists. There are multi vits/mins which contain the RDA of some vit/mins but if you are low in something like B12, vitD, folate or iron the manufacturer's RDA in the multi-vit isn't likely to be enough.

Thanks Clutter.

just hoping there was one so it would be as simple as popping one pill, but maybe I was expecting too much.

Thanks for replying browny

Browny, that was what I wanted a year or so ago, I was so fed up popping capsules, tablets and whatever and I felt like a walking pharmacy. I think the nearest you'll get is a B Complex for the B vits and a multi-vit containing iron and using a spray or patch for B12 and vitD spray instead of lozenges and capsules.

I quite like Wilco's vitamin for women. It has good b12 Vit D and selenium and more importantly for some, no iodine. Plus it's only £4

Hi The best one I could find is healthspan on line. None will be any use for B12. If you need it only injections really work.

I do use a B12 spray, just wanted a multi for everything else.

I will look at healthspan.

Try natures own. They are food state. The body recognises them as food and absorbs them. My b12 was low. I took natures own sublingual b12 and the Doc was calling me to see what i had done. It went up so fast. They also have many products all food state.

Do you have Hashimotos? If so, you might want to avoid a supplement with added iodine. My Tsh is 0.01 and when I have iodine I can feel quite hyper. It can be like throwing petrol on a fire in terms of a Hashi flare up. The school is still out on whether to take iodine or not if you have hashi which is confusing and annoying! Viridean do a good supp for over 65s that contains no iodine. It's almost impossible to find one that doesn't contain it and you will have to take extra iron, d3 and b12 if you need it. Solgar sublingual b12 got my levels up to optimum and viridean gentle iron byscylate and liquid vit d3 also did the job. I think they are well priced and love their ethics, etc. I'm really trying to eat more liver ( yuck) and fruit, veg, organic, grass fed meat etc to help with vits because good supplements are so expensive and I often take 8 pills a day once I've added in fish oil and herbs for hot flushes. Gawd! We should design the perfect supplement just for us!!!!

G.P. said I did not have Hashi's as result was 50 range 0 -75

I will look at Viridean, thank you

I use Centrum A- Z as a multi vit but also take high strength fish oil, vit D and B12 lozenges. I do indeed rattle when I walk!

I take Nature's Best Multi-guard Active. It has a high B12, Folate and Vit D. It may not be enough to boost levels initially but is excellent as a maintenance dose.

I have got my levels up so will look at your suggestion.

Thank you

I noticed that Audis sell quite good vitamins. I got a mulitvit from them for 1.99 with more than expected doses of b vits, vit c and zinc. But I also take sublingal B12 and prescribed vit d as well as a solgar magnesium. I have just started taking vit a.

I struggle because I don't understand exactly what they mean by:

Detoxadine® is a high-quality daily nascent iodine supplement made from dietary transformative iodine in a bio-elemental nanocolloidal state.

I also fail to understand why it is so wonderful that it is 45% stronger. Why change? Why by such a difficult-to-calculate amount? Most really good products are proud to have remained consistent over many, many years. It is not as if humans suddenly need 45% more, is it?
