Can anyone recommend somewhere I can get a test for all vitamins and minerals.

I would like to have them all tested if possible and not just individual ones. Would a blood test or hair analysis be the best way to do it.

Is there a company who would do a postal service, if not I live in East Yorkshire but could travel if need be.

Everything really, all the Vits and minerals, I have had ferritin, folate Vit B12 and D tested with the G.P. but I was thinking about magnesium, selenium and the other B vits. I then got to thinking if there was somewhere that did the full lot of Vits and minerals. I have just read about the hair analysis ones but I do not know if these would give accurate results

This is from the main thyroiduk website - it goes from a - z and I am looking in V (for vitamin), if you want others you'll have to look in S for selenium an M for magnesium but you might not want to bother when you see the prices - especially the full B vitamin one.

Just had a look, I see what you mean regarding the price. I was hoping there was just one blood test that could test for them all like the hair analysis, you can get this done for around £50, I may look into this further.

I've had a hair mineral test to check my mineral status.

The report that came with it was remarkably accurate. It described adrenal status, metabolic type, HCL status etc etc.

Highly recommended. I think it's £48
