Hi! So I have been officially diagnosed with Hashi today over the phone by my GP. I am doing a full thyroid panel with thriva this week with vitamins and FT3 and the rest, so I will update these results sometime this week or next week, but this is the blood tests I have up to today. They gave me a print out of my previous bloods from July 2019 but there were no TFT or vitamins at all in those, the only one relevant to Hashi's is ferritin.
29th July 2019:
•Ferritin: 72 (range 13 – 150)
30th April 2020: fasted.
•HbA1C: 35 (range: 20 – 42)
•Ferritin: 70 (range: 13 – 150)
•CRP: 3.2 (range: 0 – 3)
•B12: unable to test
due to clotted sample
•Folate: 8.2 (range 8.83 – 60.8)
•Vitamin D: 28 (range: 50 – 175)
17th May 2020: fasted. No levothyroxine. First time hypothyroidism is diagnosed. By thriva.
•TSH: 37.74 (range: 0.27 – 4.3)
•FT4: 7.7 (range: 12 – 22)
21st May 2020: fasted. On 25 mcg levothyroxine (taken 24 h previous): Hashimoto’s confirmed by GP over the phone. Unsure of ranges as number where given over the phone.
•TSH: 19.4
•FT4: 10.7
•Antibodies (unsure which?????): 49
--> GP said this confirmed the diagnosis.

Good that you are starting to get treatment - but 25 mcg is a teeny-tiny dose. You should have your dose increased - slowly and regularly - until you feel well. Your blood results are still pretty grim, but not prize-winningly awful like they were!
Not particularly relevant to Hashi's, it's part of an iron panel and your ferritin level is OK with those tests (recommended is half way through range).
Your folate is low and your Vit D is dire. Are you supplementing for these now?
Yeah I just answered SlowDragon about my vit D (see the answer to that comment please!) and I’m not supplementing folate! Can you recommend which one I should take?? Thanks!
No he hasn’t! I’m taking the betteryou D3 3000 ui + K2 (3 sprays a day) and one soft gel of D3 a day on top of it from “myvitamins”. I’m also supplementing magnesium via transdermal spray from betteryou. I’m waiting to get the B12 tested this week before suplementing and I just sent my blood today for food intolerances testing if I don’t take care of my own supplementation I highly doubt the GP will...
