I recently started taking suppliments again and would like some advice on where to buy the best ones and dosage for optimal effect please. Are there some I should avoid? Also how long before I start to feel a little better, re tiredness, mood or improvement of hair, nails and skin?

Need to see current levels - result, reference range, also unit of measurement for Vit D and B12, before any suggestion of dose can be made as I mentioned in reply to your previous post here :
We just had a wonderful series, all about supplements. Learned a lot and unfortunately that many are made from cheap ingredients and are synthetic. Many of the interviewees had there own formulas and you should look at the company who is making them. If they have 3rd party certification which is stated on the bottle means they have tested it and authenticated the ingredients. Many of us use Thorne but there are many good ones and you can read reviews if they sound believable.
