Hello all you thyroid warriors

It is a very uncertain time for all humans, across the globe and I hope your all well.

I would like some reccomendations regarding vitamin suppliments for an auto-immune, (Grave's) peri-menopausal 48 yr old woman.

I do have other medical conditions such as OA, hypermobility syndrome, a chronic bowel condition and a memory problem (cognitive)

My blood results indicate I have low, ferritin, b12 and vit D and continuously raised white cell, neutrofils and other white cells.

Ive been researching for a while and Im just totally confused.

Thank you

Lisa

If you post the results, with reference ranges, and units of measurement for Vit D and B12, then useful suggestions about what supplements, and dose, can be made.
