Your FT3 is low, looks like poor conversion from T4, as your vits/ mins levels are ok. You tried adding selenium too? I added T3 by DIY method, not that I found using T3 easy but I have got FT3 levels up.

Your vitamins and minerals are very good, you just need maintenance doses now to keep them at those levels.

When was your last dose of Levo before this test?

Your results show poor conversion of T4 to T3, as mentioned in your previous post you need to add T3 to your Levo. You may need to lower Levo a touch if you left 24 hours between last dose and blood draw for this test.

Tests were done at 840am last levo was 7am the day before

You have good levels of vitamins and minerals, test was done perfectly, your conversion is poor as was mentioned before. That would appear to be where your problem lies.

Judging by another one of your posts, I would suspect blood sugar might be your issue rather than thyroid signalling. As common as hypothyroidism is, insulin resistance is more so. Thyroid and Insulin also work together - you need each for the other to work.

Your A1C was too high certainly. I would suggest you get a glucose tolerance test with insulin and test fasting insulin.

If this is too much expense/work/hassle with doctors, you could look into OTC insulin sensitizers:

Chromium: 200 - 600 mcg/day

Lipoic Acid (ALA): 300-600 mg/day

Metformin - prescription - not perfect but worth it if needed

Berberine - I would go short term only - I'm not a fan of herbs, personally.

Chromium and Lipoic acid are safe long-term even if you don't have an issue. Take right before meals with carbs and eat a banana if you feel weird to be sure you're not hypo.

You may want to continue to test and make sure you get the rda of all nutrients.

All the best

Thankyou for the info I am not aware of this and am not sure I understand exactly what you are saying ie what test do I ask for? and what you suggest I try? Another thing to get my head around. Fogive my ignorance,I will try anything to feel normal or near normal again

I am saying you may be prediabetic. Being skinny is not a clear marker for how you handle sugar. That is mostly a myth.

You have tried many different thyroid doses and none seem to work. Your thyroid might not be the main issue.

Judging by the units for blood sugar and vitamin D, you are probably in the UK.

Look on amazon.co.uk or go to a Holland and Barrett:

Buy:

Alpha Lipoic Acid 300 mg / pill

Chromium 100-500 mcg / pill

Take 1 of each per day with a meal with carbs. Do this for at least 3 months.

Also, how much Selenium are you taking? Personally, I wouldn't take more than 100 mcg/day. If you are taking a high dose, like 400 mcg/day, I suggest you stop.

And your vitamin D looks good. Even a bit on the high side.

Next time you buy a new bottle of Vitamin D, try to find one that also has Vitamin A and vitamin K2. These all work together.

It is easy to find a pill with Vitamin D and K2 together and you could eat beef/lamb liver a few times a month for vitamin A.

Hi thanks for info,,just to update things I do not take selenium,I take Vit D 3000 spray + K2-MK-7 daily, which I will cut back to every 2 days,we eat lamb or chicken livers each week, what does the Lipoic acid and Chromium do?appreciate your input .Thankyou

The chromium and lipoic acid help insulin sensitivity, so you can process sugars better.

Chromium is an essential mineral (at least in the USA) and lipoic acid is an antioxidant which the body makes a bit of.

In studies they tend to help glucose uptake. Maybe your a1c could come down.
