I have been on NDT naturethroid for 18 months and my endocrinologist says my dose is correct, I am also on ldn for other autoimmune diseases such as lupus. My problem is that, even though my thyroid is balanced and my energy levels are good - I just feel generally miserable and can’t seem to find any joy. I have checked all my levels and vitamins with Dr Isabella Wentz and am fairly healthy by avoiding gluten and dairy BUT can’t shake of this low/grade flat feeling/depression. Do not want to go back on Antidepressants as I had a terrible time coming off them 4 years ago. Any suggestions please? Thank you

Have you considered SAD? - it's that miserable dark, damp gloomy time of year. I find getting out into the fresh air helps whenever it's remotely sunny - but if you have it really bad, you can buy lamps that mimic natural sunlight. Might be worth a try.

What does that mean? You spoke to her personally and she told you you were on the right dose? Only you can know if you're on the right dose by how you feel.
Blood test results are a handy guide, but it depends what has been tested. Do your results include TSH, FT4 and FT3? The FT3 is the most important number.
If you have your results, post them here, with the ranges, and let's have a look. I would never trust any doctor that told me I was on the right dose, but really, they have no idea. The expert on any disease is the person that suffers from it.
