First results back since Levo increase as per new guidelines

27/01/20 Thyroglobulin anti b - 42.6 kiu/L (less than 115)

27/01/20 - Thyroid Peroxidase anti b. - 22.5 kiu/L (less than 34)

06/06/19 - FT4 - 17.9 (12-22) 59%

05/12/19 -FT4 – 18.1 (12-22) 61%

27/01/20 - FT4 - 22.1 (12- 22) 101% after increase Levo to 150mcg

06/06/19 - FT3 - 4.3 (3.1 - 6.8) 32%

05/12/19 - FT3 – 3.6 (3.1-6.8) 13.5%

27/01/20 - FT3 - 5.38 (3.1 - 6.8) 61% after increase Levo to 150mcg

16/09/19 - Serum B12 – 456ng/L (197-771)

27/01/20 -Active B12 - 59.5 pmol/L (grtr than 37.5) after taking Super B Complex up to 10 days before test.

16/09/19 - Folate -5.3 (higher than 2.5)

27/01/20 - Folate - sample error

17/10/19 – Vit D – 41 (25-150)

27/01/20 - Vit D 73.1 nmol/L (50-175) after 7 week dose of 20,000per week

17/10/19 - Ferritin – 38 (23-400)

27/01/20 - Ferritin - 55.2 ug/L (13 - 150) after eating liver almost weekly

27/01/20 - CRP-HS - 8.45 mg/L (less than 5)

How do you feel?

FT3 is improving

Vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12 also improving ......keep on same path and retest in another 6-8 weeks?

That s what i was thinking. tbh i dont know if feel any better, but i def dont feel worse, so that 's a good sign.

Suggest you stay as you are and see how things settle

Keep supplementing to improve vitamin levels
