If you feel fine, why upset the status quo? You're not over range with your FT3 as long as you took your last dose 8-12 hours before the blood draw. If you took your last dose any further away than that then you have a false low result and you might want to consider reducing your dose. It's up to you.
Some of us on combination hormone replacement like you would not be able to function with such a low FT4 (me included) and need FT4 well into range, but if you feel OK with that level then it's obviously not a problem for you.
Thanks Seaside Susie. I always worry about the T4 but my doctor loves T3. I'm not living in the UK so it seems to be the reverse situation! The bloods were 11 hours after my last dose so will leave well enough alone for now.
Im afraid I can’t comment on the specifics of your results (Apart from your t4 being low) but from my own experience, I had results which suggested over- replacement (not that yours suggest that to me) and I felt fine and a week later started to have horrible over-replacement symptoms. So for me there can be a delay between what the test shows and what I'm feeling. I honestly think it’s a case of getting to know your own body and balancing symptoms and results. Glad your feeling fine, maybe you just need another test in 6 weeks to keep an eye in things, and symptom monitoring.
