19.3 (12-22) and 6.4 (3.1-6.8). On 150mcg T4 and 30mcg T3. I have since started and titrated to a good level of HRT.
My T4 & T3 then dropped.
I've titrated up to 40mcg T3. T4 stayed the same.
After 6 weeks my results are 18.5 and 5.6 (ranges are the same.) I still don't feel great.
Would you increase either? Or just wait a few more weeks and see if things improve further?
I am going to approach the GP in time about investigating a POTS diagnosis so perhaps I should focus on getting thyroid hormones optimal so I can see how that impacts my pots symptoms?

I was in exactly the same place as you recently and posed the same question on here. Most answers suggested to raise T4 by 12.5mcg and then retest, however when I spoke to my Endo and suggested that he said he could tell from my results that I was not converting well and told me to increase T3 dose. So that’s what I’ve done and will retest at the end of March.
So my question to you is do you convert well as if not you too may be better increasing T3 rather than Levo.
