I wish to take magnesium and my NDT at bedtime. As magnesium decreases NDT absorption, what if I used topical magnesium instead please? Thank you.

No problem with topical magnesium as it's absorbed through the skin, it's just when you take magnesium orally that you should keep it away from thyroid meds.
