I am still taking Metavive and Nutri-Adrenal. My results look OK to me except T3 seems a bit low, as does ferritin. B12 is high even tho I havent been taking it for about 2 years and is folate high?
TSH 0.05 miu/L (0.2-5.5)
T4 13.0 pmol/L (10.0-24.5)
T3 3.5 pmol/L (3.1-6.8)
ferritin 96 ug/L (10.0-300.0)
B12 941 ng/L (180.0-1000.0)
folate >22.4 ug/L (>4.0)
Many thanks for any advice.

Thyroid results suggest an increase in Metavive as your FT3 is so low, or you may do better on Levo plus synthetic T3 so you can tweak doses of each hormone to suit.
B12 is within range and fine according to an extract from the book, "Could it be B12?" by Sally M. Pacholok:
"We believe that the 'normal' serum B12 threshold needs to be raised from 200 pg/ml to at least 450 pg/ml because deficiencies begin to appear in the cerebrospinal fluid below 550".
"For brain and nervous system health and prevention of disease in older adults, serum B12 levels should be maintained near or above 1000 pg/ml."
Our B12 store is supposed to be good for at least 2 years.
I have read that high folate is OK if B12 is high.
Ferritin is recommended to be lhalf way through range but I would be hapy with your result. Eating liver occasionally, or liver pate or black pudding and other iron rich foods will help maintain it, even improve it if you eat it regularly.
I have just seen that you posted your Regenerus adrenal test results on the ME forum, they are all extremely low with the exception of the nighttime level. What have you done about them?
