Medichecks or Blue Horizon offer just antibodies testing
Prolactin is low, though I know almost nothing about sex hormone levels, whether they need to be middle of range or high for example.
However, if you still have hypothyroid symptoms you will need an increase in thyroxine, or whatever you are on, even though the results are within range. Everyone is different and we each have an individual "Set point" of thyroid hormones, with a very narrow range, that is where we feel well.
I still had hypothyroid symptoms when my TSH was 0.01 and my T3 and T4 near the top of their ranges!
Your conversion of T4 to T3 doesn't look great (T3 under 50% of range). How are your B12, folate and ferritin levels? Those all contribute to conversion. If you feel good, that's fine.
Thank you Angel_of_the_North B12 and folate are high, ferritin low. Still not feeling 100% and due to my age we don't have much time to TTC. Managed to negotiate 3 day week at work, which should help stress.
