Great Post Greygoose . In these times still most Dr's are very ignorant how adrenals thyroids and digestion are so interwind with one another . Many thyroid and non thyroid patients would very much benefit if Dr's would pay more attention to this . And be treated accordingly . That is paying more attention to our digestion system , Adrenal/Cortisol, thyroid . One without the others won't allow patients to feel *Optimal*.

It's not an article, it's two pages from a book. The book - title in the title of the post - by Dr Broda Barnes - is now in the public domain. But, whoever posted it on internet missed out two pages. As I have the book in my possession, I scanned those two pages and put them on here to complete the book for those that have down-loaded it. :)
