I have not been taking any supplements for months, as I have been getting hives and I wanted to see if this had a bearing on it.
This time last year I was taking 150mcg. levo. and my FT4 was same as it is now. I started with panic agrophobic feelings so I reduce to 132mcg. when tested after eight weeks, still the same FT4 level, so reduce to 125mcg. and now still same level, although my FT3 level is a little higher now than it was.
My Active B12 was reported by Medichecks as normal but I know from Viapath recommend a MMA test if the level is 25 -70
Could anyone advice on this please and on my other result please.
CRP 2.33 mg/L < 5
Ferritin 115 ug/L 13 - 150
Folate - Serum 4.66 ug/L > 3.89
Vitamin B12 - Active 61.3 pmol/L 37.5 - 188
Vitamin D 41.3 nmol/L 50 - 175
TSH 0.009 mIU/ 0.27 - 4.2
Free T3 5.39 pmol/L 3.1 - 6.8
Free Thyroxine 23.1 pmol/L 12 - 22
Thyroglobulin Antibodies 41.1 kIU/L < 115
Thyroid Peroxidase Antibodies 14.3 kIU/L < 34
Any advice would be gratefully received.
Many thanks.

Folate is too low, would probably be better in double figures.
Active B12 below 70 needs investigating for B12 deficiency.
Vit D is in the Insufficient category. The Vit D Council and the Vit D Society recommends 100-150nmol/L.
A previous post of yours touches on the possibility of you having Hashi's with a top of range TG antibody level and almost top of range TPO antibody level. There is quite a difference in your antibody levels this time. As antibody levels vary with Hashi's my money is on you having it. This may have some bearing on your lower dose of Levo not making much difference to your hormone levels, Hashi's apparently does strange things to test results at times.
Actually just rechecked my previous results again and noticed when I reduced from 150mcg. to 132mcg. levo. last year my T4 dropped to 18 from 23.1 but T3 went up to 5.28 from 4.9
I carried on taking 132mcg and next test results shows T4 going up again to 23 but T3 dropped to 5.07
I then reduced to 125mcg. levo. because of over range T4 and now results show T4 - 23.1 and T3 - 5.39
So it is quite confusing, but as you say it maybe because I have hashi's.
Do you think I should reduce my levo. to bring the T4 down a little. It is since my T4 has been over range that I have suffered with panic agrophobic feelings.

All you can do is try, see how you feel. With Hashi's it seems that adjusting dose is needed at times. You may need a high FT4 to get a decent FT3.
Do you always do your thyroid tests under exactly the same conditions so that they can be compare accurately, i.e. same time of day - early morning, and taking last dose of Levo 24 hours before blood draw, and drinking water only before test (delaying breakfast until afterwards)?
