Hi I wonder if someone has had the same symtoms as me and has been helped?

I had Graves in 2003, RAI in 2010 straight to Hypo managed ok until i started collapsing in agony in 2017 until i got T3 along with my Levo I had to beg to try T3. The T3 has stopped the collapsing but my body is in constant bone & joint pain, chronic fatigue, air hunger, blurry vision, I feel dehydrated all the time and many more unpleasant symtoms. I have just had a full blood test and I have low WBC 3.9 (4 - 11), low Lymphocyte 1.6 (1 - 4), low Monocyte 0.3 (0.1 - 1), low Neutrophil 1.7 (2 - 7.5), Platelets 215 (135 - 450), Red blood cell 4.58 (3.8 - 4.8) and high Eosinophil 0.6 (0.1 - 0.5). My Dr says everything is satisfactory and I have no idea who to turn too.

Thank you for listening.

Those results don't tell us anything about your thyroid status. What we need to see is:

TSH

FT4

FT3

vit D

vit B12

folate

ferritin

The abnormalities in the results you gave could be caused by under/over-medication for your hypo. :)

For full Thyroid evaluation you need TSH, FT4 and FT3 tested. Also EXTREMELY important to test vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12

Recommended on here that all thyroid blood tests should ideally be done as early as possible in morning and fasting. This gives highest TSH, lowest FT4 and most consistent results. (Patient to patient tip, best not mentioned to GP or phlebotomist)

Last Levothyroxine dose should be 24 hours prior to test,

(taking delayed dose immediately after blood draw).

If/when also on T3, make sure to take last dose 8-12 hours prior to test, even if this means adjusting time or splitting of dose day before test

Is this how you do your tests?

Private tests are available. Thousands on here forced to do this as NHS often refuses to test FT3 or all vitamins

thyroiduk.org.uk/tuk/testin...

Medichecks Thyroid plus ultra vitamin or Blue Horizon Thyroid plus eleven are the most popular choice. DIY finger prick test or option to pay extra for private blood draw. Both companies often have special offers, Medichecks usually have offers on Thursdays, Blue Horizon its more random

Come back with new post once you get results and ranges

Nothing stands out as out of range

How much levothyroxine are you currently taking?

How much T3?

How are you taking your T3?

Single dose, split in 2 doses or split as 3 doses?!

Normally around 80 mcg Levo in the morning and 2.5 mcg T3 split into 2 doses during day. I do need extra at night but cannot take anymore due to unpleasant symptoms. I've just tried to split dosage for Levo to morning and night but its nearly killed me (my heart felt like it was bursting sent my whole body into shock). I've managed to get through second night feeling horrific. I'm afraid to try again today, I will go back to morning dosage for Levo. My body is so destroyed nothing seems to work for me. Maybe I have become allergic to this Levo brand? I will see if the Henning brand helps at all. Thanks again Slow Dragon.

Your labs are all normal even some of them you point out to be low is normal.

That's when I was taking more T3. My latest result for Ft3 is 3.7, I had to decrease T3 down to 1.5 mcg a day because of terrible burning pain in my veins. I cannot go without any T3 as I collapse.
