Good Morning

I just wanted to ask about my folate level. I am on t4 - 100 and t3 - 12.5 daily. I am happy with all my levels. My folate is 17.84. I was not given a range on the letter sent to me.

Is this about right? I know that, without a range, it may be a futile question.

Yes, we need the laboratory range to answer your question.

They often don't give top range on folate, only a minimum

Usually recommended folate is over 10

What supplements do you currently take?

I don't take anything with folate in. I take Vitamin D and spray magnesium. I take zinc and selenium. It's just that I read so much on here about folate that I thought I would check.

Perhaps you eat a lot of leafy green vegetables

Loads and loads. So I guess I am good and do not need to supplement?
