I did a blood test to check my testosterone and other things and these results got my attention :
TSH : 2,44 µUI/ml (normal range : 0,35 - 4,94)
FT3 : 5,7 pmol/l (normal range : 2,9 - 4,9)
FT4 : 12,9 pmol/l (normal range : 9,0 - 19)
I'm always super hot everytime, and my heartbeat is high and powerful. I also eat like a madman but still lean. And I developped gynecomastia this May out of nowhere at 20 years old. I think that the hot sensation was always here, but now it has raised significantly.
Thanks

Mine was so advanced that GP not only did the hands trembling stretched out infront of me test, he also looked closely at my eyeballs and had to look up, down and sideways which showed bulging and at that time my Thyroid had swelled into a Goitre.
Strange that I had not noticed how odd I looked and was my mum who told me to see GP.

Ft3 is the active hormone, the most important one. It is over range, which means you are hyperthyroid, however normal the other thyroid results. Except for the gynecomastia the symptoms seem to fit. Is there a tremor if you hold out your hands at arms length, palms down? That is one of the classic signs. The doctors should investigate the cause - for example by testing for antibodies.
It seems unusual that your TSH is comparatively high. Maybe your pituitary function needs investigating too.
Other folks here could probably give you more advice, but what did your doctor say about it?
Do you have any previous blood test results for thyroid?
